Love Magic only works on positive energies and real, true loving feelings. This isn’t something that should be one-sided and out of malice; it should be sort of like cupid’s arrow; finding love where there is potential.

A spell works because the passion was there. When you cast spells, you cannot simply be using tools that hold no significance whatsoever and you definitely cannot be barely thinking about the one you are casting the love spell for (notice the word for, not on). Candle Magick in Spell Casting

Candle magic is known to be an element in spell casting. One cannot work on any spell without the use of candles. Try to recall when you were still a child and you blow your candle during your birthday. That simple act denotes something magical. In birthday-candle rituals there are magical beliefs that go along with the ritual: deciding on goals, visualize the final result, and focus on the goal to achieve it. With this, we can say that there are more to candles than by just emitting light.

Those who are practicing the Wicca can tell that in contrary to how we perceive the events in our lives; the size of the candle does not play a significant role in spell casting. For instance, big candles or those that take too long to burn may be counterproductive. Typically, a short taper candle or a symbolic candle work best. An example is the little menorah candles which are used for spell works. One important thing to note is that brand new candles work best used for spell casting. This is because virgin or untainted materials must be used to make the spell more effective.

The colors of the candles also play an important aspect on how we choose the candle to use and for what purpose. Here are some of the examples of colors that are being used:

Red. Candles of this color are used for courage, health, love, sexual dealings.

Pink. This is used for spells on friendship and sweet, young love.

Orange. These types of candles work best on spells for attraction and encouragement.

Yellow. Persuasion and protection are the key results of spells using yellow candles.

Gold. Unlike yellow candles, the gold candles are primarily related to financial gain, business endeavors, and even solar connections.

White Magic Spells and it’s Purpose

While magic itself is neither good nor bad, the intent of the individual casting the spell is portrayed in terms of colors – black or white.  In black magic, spells are most often used to benefit the spell caster at the expense of someone else, and can also be used to injure or destroy.  On the other hand, white magic spells are usually for helping others, though some can also help the spell casters themselves, just not to the point of hurting others.  Basically, it is only used for the purpose of good.  White magic is a recent term used to differentiate itself in the public’s mind from black magic.

White magic spells are cast to help both others and yourself, as well as heal.  When done correctly, they bring light into the world in an uplifting manner.  Creating and casting this type of spells will allow your thoughts and intentions to focus as your energy is being sent out into the universe.  There are as many varieties of ways to generate magic as there are individuals who perform it, but there are still some basic guidelines that can offer a general structure for creating your very own ceremony to do spells.

It is crucial that you find as much information as possible about white magic, and absorb what you read.  There may be instances where you will not always agree on what someone else has written, and that is perfectly fine.  If you come across such information that your heart and/or your mind disagrees with, simply reject that information.  Practicing your magic should not just be occasional; rather, it should be a lifestyle.  Regardless if the ritual is simple or complicated; practicing your magic will allow you to learn more as you go along your path.

Luck Spells

There are many spells online that can be used as well as other rituals that can increase your luck, but you must first remember that luck has a lot to do with Karma. If you do wrong unto others, don’t expect to get any luck, and definitely don’t expect to find luck out of others’ misfortunes. You also must remember that your magic should not consist of black magic; this type of magic brings forth no good luck, no matter how the current may seem.

If you want to find some really good luck spells, sometimes called chants, you should first get a divination, which can be obtained with tarot cards or tea leaves and similar methods. This divination will prevent you from casting a spell that will in turn cause harm to others. If you end up doing mischief with your magic, you can be sure that your luck will change; but not for the better.

It is believed that the full moon is the best time to take advantage of casting your magic, hopefully white, spells; luck spells especially. There are variations on this spell, but it is believed to bring good luck for those who chant it under a full moon:

“Lady Luck, oh Lady Luck, under your light I summon you

Abolish the luck of the bad and provide the luck of true,

Improve light to white far from the blue.”

There are so many luck spells that you really never know which to choose from. There are various rituals that will accompany such spells such as use of incense, candles, and various objects of earth and nature. Wiccan practices will comprise of gathering items of each element and chanting the appropriate spell to acquire good luck.
