Things You'll need for the Santeria Break-Up Spell:

2 Black Candles

Names of the couple you wish to break up

Black Heart cut out of contruction paper

Deity to call upon: Oya

How to Cast the Santeria Break-Up Spell:

1. Cleanse and Consecrate the Candles
   
   
2. Write the names of the couple on the front of the heart. One name on the left side, the other name on the right (You will later tear the heart apart, leaving one name on each piece, please take this into consideration when writing the names on the heart)
   
   
3. Write your wishes, desires and goals on the back of the heart. Be as specific as possible. You can either write it with a pencil or a pen and it is no problem if you can't read the words since the construction paper is black.
   
   
4. Call upon Oya
   
   
5. Ask for all that you wish for. Be honest and forthright. Be clear and operate only in harmony with the Universe.
   
   
6. Put the heart in the middle, between the two candles. Make sure that the candles touch the heart.
   
   
7. Light your candles and do so consciously. Be aware that fire has an affinity with the spiritual plane. Allow the candles to burn for 7 minutes. Move the two candles a little farther away from the heart, then put them out.
   
   
8. Thank Oya and Divinity for helping you
   
   
9. The next day at the same time, repeat Step 6 and every night thereafter for 7 nights.
   
   
10. On the 7th night, make sure both candles are approximately 1 foot apart from the heart and let the candles burn themselves out.
    
    
11. Take the heart and tear/break it in half, leaving one name on each of the pieces. Keep the 2 pieces until your wishes, goals and desires have come true.
    
    
12. When what you have called comes to you, be sure to thank both Divinity and Oya for your good fortune.
    
    
13. Return the broken heart to nature by either buring them, burying them or throwing them into a river, lake or the ocean.
